How to Create A User on Mzone

How to Create A User on Mzone

  1. Log in to Mzone with Administrator Account


      2. Go to "Configuration" and scroll to "Users"
      3. Click on "Users" 


      4. Add User
    1. Description - You won't need to add a description manually because it will automatically be filled once you enter the name and surname.
    2. First Name - Insert Your Users Name
    3. Last Name - Insert your Users Last Name
    4. Distance Measurement - Here, you can select your preferred distance measurement unit, whether it's kilometers or miles.
    5. Fluid Measurement - Here, you can select your preferred fluid measurement unit, whether it's Liter or Gallon.
    6. Fuel Consumption Measurement - Here, you can choose how you want fuel consumption measured, either by kilometers per liter (km/l) or liters per 100 kilometers (l/100km).
    7. Language - Select your preferred language 
    8. Contact Details - You can enter multiple email addresses in this field. You have the option to check the box next to an email address to designate it as your default or primary email address.
    9. Telephone - Insert your Home, Mobile and/or office number
    10. Time Zone - Select your preferred Time Zone and Time Zone settings
    11. Login Details
      1. Toggle the button to select "Login enabled," which ensures that the user will be able to log into their account.
      2. Username: Create a Username for your User
      3. Password: Create a Password for your User
    12. Driver - If the user is a driver, you can toggle this button to assign them as such.
    13. Roles - You can select what level of access this user will have on the Mzone Platform.
    14. Security Groups - You have the option to choose which security group you want to assign this user to.
    15. Delete User - If a user only needs access to the platform for a specific duration, you can set it here, and the user account will be deleted at the selected date and time.





After all the above have been completed, click on "Save" and User will have been created
