Routing Devices procedure on MProfiler.
HOW TO ROUTE UNITS ON MPROFILER (Exchange).
Content:
1.) Selecting device to begin process for the rooting on MProfiler....
2.) Once the device is found follow the below directions in order have the device routed correctly....
3.) Example on where the routing is showing under unit statistics....
Please follow the steps below.
1.Select a unit that requires rooting, copy the unit from the list given.
>Open MProfiler configurator, select the following:
>To Route the device, select the following mentioned below:
>Select Client> Maintenance, under Username> Search and find the correct username to route the device followed by selecting "Unit" as per the screen shot below.
2. Once the device is found follow the below directions in order have the device routed correctly:
- Paste the device ID in "Unit ID Search" and click find.
- Once the device is found you will see that "Services" will be in read meaning that the device is not routed to an exchange currently.
- Click on the "Service" and the window expand, showing the services that need to be selected, you may manually select the services, or you may use the "Check All" which selects them all.
- After selecting the services, click on Update.
As per the screen shot below, you will notice after clicking the update, the "Service" that was previously red will turn green indicating that the device is successfully routed.
3.) Once you have completed the above steps, you may double check if the device displays the routing on the unit statistics as per the screen below.
