Vehicle Sharing to a different User-Group
Vehicle sharing is a tool that a User Group Administrator can use to share a vehicle across different User Groups that already exist in MZone.,
You can check which User Group a user belongs to by copying the user session.
Click on the figure below then ''Copy Session info'',
When you login to any User your are able to retrieve this information.
Paste the information in any word document where you will see which User-Group the User belongs to.Eg:

Once you have identified the user group that your user belongs to, you will need to determine the user group that the other Users belong to. If the User groups are different, you can proceed with sharing the vehicle with that user group.
Login as the user who owns the vehicle, then click on Configuration > Vehicle Shares > Edit The Vehicle of your choice :
Select the information below that will be shared once the vehicle is shared, and then copy the 'Share Code' & 'Vehicle' information that will be used to share the vehicle with another user group.
Expiry Date =after the assigned date the code cant be reused
Now that you are logged in as a user who belongs to a different user group, you can proceed with completing the sharing process :
Navigate to the Configuration tab and select 'Vehicle.'Click on the 'Add Vehicle' button (marked as 1).Fill in the 'Share Code' and 'Vehicle' information .
Click 'Continue' to proceed to the last part of the process (marked as 2).Fill in the required information on the final window.Click 'Save' or 'Save and New' to complete the sharing process (marked as 3).
