Introduction on how create a Workspace in D-Insight Fleet.
- In DIF (D-Insight Fleet), on the top left corner of the landing page, there is a 'tab' called 'WORKSPACE' that users can use to display multiple pages. You can use these pages to summarize information that is important to you as a fleet manager or user, depending on your requirements.
Given that you have the required Roles added to your user account in 'D-Insight Fleet,' the 'Workspace' is what you will see when you log in :
- You have two types of workspace you can create: 'Add Blank Page' or 'Create from Template:Create from already created Pages.'
The options available to you are: Add a new page (which you can name), make the page private so that only you can access it (key/group icon), share the page to your Fleet mobile app (phone icon), and add a new page.
Once you have saved your 'workspace settings,' you will be able to add a 'new visual' or multiple visuals to display how you want to present the data generated by the device, vehicle, driver, etc.
