🤖 What is the AI Fleet Manager Assistant?

The AI module in Mzone X is built to assist users with two core areas:

  • Platform Guidance – Helping you navigate and use Mzone X effectively.
  • Fleet Intelligence – Delivering real-time answers and actions based on your fleet data.

🧠 Types of AI Access

There are two levels of AI access available within Mzone X:

1. All Users – Product Knowledge AI

This AI assistant is available to all Mzone X users by default.

What it can do:

  • Provide step-by-step instructions for platform features
  • Show you where to perform tasks within the interface
  • Answer questions about platform capabilities and usage

Example:
"How do I set up a geofence?"
"Where can I view trip history?"


2. AI Fleet Assistance – Advanced (Access via BDM)

Available through your Business Development Manager, this advanced AI assistant has access to your fleet-specific data and can perform operational tasks.

What it can do:

  • Answer questions like:
    • “How many speeding events occurred last week?”
    • “What is the total distance travelled by light vehicles this month?”
  • Perform fleet operations such as:
    • Polling a device
    • Adding a new vehicle
    • Bulk actions or reports
  • Automate routine fleet management tasks
