HOW TO INSTALL MHUB ID LICENCE ON MACHINES (PC).
(When they are Invalid).
1. When trying open the Mhub Diagnostic Utility or Mhub Diagnostic Utility (BETA) but small screen will appear letting you know that you require a new valid license. As seen below: Kindly do the following as instructed below.
2. Firstly, gather all the info provided and log a ticket with Scope Support team with the following:
3. Indicating the problem being experienced, the “Machine ID:” the number displayed on your pc. Then kindly send it to the information through for assistance, as they will assist on generating the new license file for the Mhub application (Remember to provide the correct Mhub application version that you are running on your machine as an example: Mhub Diag Version 1.46 Beta or Mhub Diag Version 1.41)
4. Once you have received the license file, download it copy it and paste in the following place where it's generally been saved on pc’s: “C:\Program Files (x86) \Scope technology\MHub Diagnostic Utility [BETA]”.
5. Once the license has been pasted in the Mhub should open as normal.
