How to Add the Chat Option in MZone X

Mzone X Fleet Chat Box.

  1. In order to enable the chat feature in your MZone User(s) UI, follow these steps below:

  1. Go to the User Configuration >>Security>> Role Configuration Tab.
  1. Select an existing role to edit or add a new role to apply to the user(s).
  1. Select new "Add Role" or edit an existing Role.

  • Under the "Mzone Web UI Access" section, select the "Chat, Dashboard and Inbox" feature from the role available.

    • Scroll down to the User Selection option and apply the selected ''Role'' to the desired User(s).


    Once completed, the 'Chat' option will be available under your Inbox tab.
    User with "Chat, Dashboard and Inbox" and also with quick access on the top right corner with the message's icon
